Welcome to ECO Protein, operated by Infinite Flow LLC, doing business as Ecoprotein (“ECO Protein,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from ecoprotein.co (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Use of the Website

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this Site.
You agree not to use our products or content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all products, including water lentil (duckweed) protein powders, nutritional information, packaging details, and ingredient disclosures.
However, slight variations in colour, packaging appearance, or texture may occur due to manufacturing differences or screen displays.

All products are marketed for general wellness and nutrition. We do not provide medical advice and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, errors, or inventory issues)

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment partners.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship from our fulfillment partner in the United States.
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

ECO Protein is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to incorrect address entry, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. ECO Protein accepts refunds on any product—opened or unopened—within 30 days of purchase.

To return your merchandise, please ship it to:

Please include a copy of your packing list inside the package so we can process your refund quickly once the return is received.

Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing times after the returned product is delivered to our facility.

6. Subscriptions (if applicable)

Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval selected.
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account portal before your next billing date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, blog content (“The Green Scoop”), and branding—is owned by Infinite Flow LLC or used under license.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information for order processing, analytics, marketing, and service improvements.
